These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PairVybe website, waiting list, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by PairVybe. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By registering for the waiting list, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Submitting your email joins our waiting list. You agree to provide accurate contact information and to keep it up to date. We may send you emails about PairVybe, including launch announcements and product updates. You can opt out of promotional messages as described in our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, data, or other users
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Submit false, misleading, or automated sign-ups (including bulk or bot registrations)
• Scrape, harvest, or collect information from the Service without permission

We may suspend or remove access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

The Service, including its design, branding, text, graphics, and software, is owned by PairVybe or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent, except as allowed by law.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that launch dates or features described on the site will occur on a specific timeline.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PairVybe and its affiliates, officers, and employees will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of fifty U.S. dollars (USD $50) or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, if any.

We may modify these Terms or the Service at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms where permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PairVybe is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country apply.
